J. Reid Burley
Biography

Reid Burley focuses his practice on commercial litigation, with an emphasis on creditors’ rights. He assists a variety of corporate clients in obtaining and enforcing judgments through trials, garnishments, charging orders and other post-judgment collection processes. Reid also assists creditors in bankruptcy proceedings and related financial restructuring transactions.


Previously, Reid worked for a long-standing, Dallas defense firm, where he defended commercial clients in lawsuits ranging from complex, construction defect claims to premises liability claims.
